Flare provides the technology that allows users to publish Service listings but does not provide, supervise or guarantee the services themselves.
All agreements are made directly between users.
Only eligible users may create a Service listing.
To publish a Service, you must:
Flare may refuse or remove Service listings where these requirements are not met.
A Service listing may include information such as:
Service listings must accurately describe the service being offered.
Misleading or deceptive listings are prohibited.
Because Service listings are visible to all users, they must remain suitable for public display.
Service titles, descriptions and cover images must not include:
Adult-oriented services may be offered only where lawful and only if advertised using appropriate, non-explicit language that complies with the Community Guidelines.
Flare reserves the right to edit, reject or remove listings that are considered excessively explicit for public display.
Flare does not require service providers to display prices publicly.
Pricing, quotations and payment arrangements should be discussed privately through Direct Messages.
Users remain responsible for ensuring any agreements comply with applicable consumer protection, tax and other legal requirements.
Each eligible account may publish one standard Service listing free of charge for 7 days.
When the free listing expires, users may purchase an extension through the Platform.
At the time these Terms were last updated:
Prices, durations and available promotional options may change over time.
Current pricing will always be displayed before purchase.
Payment for Service listing extensions is made through Flare’s supported payment systems.
The listing fee pays only for increased visibility and continued publication of the listing.
Flare does not process payments between service providers and their customers unless we expressly introduce that functionality in the future.
Any agreement entered into between a service provider and another user is solely between those individuals.
Flare is not:
Users remain solely responsible for negotiating and fulfilling any agreement.
Service providers agree to:
Users purchasing or enquiring about Services agree to:
Flare encourages users to exercise caution before entering into private agreements.
The following may not be advertised through Flare:
Flare may immediately remove listings that violate these Terms.
Because Flare is an adults-only platform, some users may lawfully provide adult-oriented services where permitted by applicable law.
However:
Publication of a Service listing does not mean Flare endorses, verifies or promotes the underlying service.
Where supported, users may review Services they have used.
Reviews should:
Flare may remove fraudulent or abusive reviews.
Services may appear in:
Appearance within discovery features does not constitute an endorsement by Flare.
Users may report Service listings that appear to:
Flare may investigate reports and take appropriate enforcement action.
Flare does not investigate, supervise or guarantee:
Users remain responsible for conducting their own due diligence.
Flare may introduce additional Service features, including:
Unless otherwise stated, these Terms apply to future Service features.
Private Albums allow users to share selected photographs and videos with specific users of their choosing.
Unlike public profile media, Private Albums are intended for limited, controlled sharing between consenting adults.
Access to a Private Album is granted solely by the album owner.
Only the owner of a Private Album may decide who can access it.
Album owners may:
Granting access does not transfer ownership of any media.
Where supported, Flare may allow album owners to grant access for limited periods.
Examples may include:
Once access expires or is revoked, the recipient should no longer be able to view the protected media through the Platform.
Private Albums are intended for private viewing only.
Media contained within Private Albums should not be:
Recipients are expected to respect the privacy and consent of the person sharing the media.
Where supported by the operating system and device, Flare may use technologies designed to discourage unauthorised copying of protected media.
These technologies may include:
Because operating systems differ, these protections cannot be guaranteed on every device.
To help protect users from unauthorised redistribution of private media, Flare may apply content protection technologies including:
For example, where supported, a protected image may include information identifying the account that viewed it.
These measures help investigate reports of unauthorised sharing.
They are intended to protect user privacy and discourage abuse.
Users must not attempt to:
Attempting to interfere with these protections may result in enforcement action under these Terms and the Community Guidelines.
Sharing access to a Private Album does not give the recipient permission to:
Consent to view media is not consent to further distribute or reproduce it.
Additional permission from the owner is required unless otherwise permitted by law.
If you believe media from your Private Album has been shared without your permission, you should report the incident through Flare’s reporting tools as soon as possible.
Where appropriate, Flare may:
Flare cannot guarantee recovery or removal of content that has already been distributed outside the Platform.
Private Album content is not routinely reviewed by Flare.
However, where reasonably necessary, protected media may be reviewed in limited circumstances, including:
Any review is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Although Flare implements technical measures designed to discourage unauthorised copying, no technology can completely prevent another person from reproducing content.
Users should carefully consider the media they choose to share and the individuals with whom they share it.
Before sharing private media, you should consider:
Flare encourages users never to feel pressured into sharing intimate or private images.
Consent should always be voluntary and may be withdrawn at any time.
Flare may introduce additional media protection features, including:
Unless otherwise stated, these Terms apply to future protected media features.
Flare is committed to helping users share content with greater confidence.
To discourage the unauthorised copying and redistribution of private media, Flare uses a combination of technical and security measures designed to protect user content.
These measures are intended to:
These technologies are security features and should not be relied upon as a guarantee that content cannot be copied or redistributed.
Where supported by the operating system, device and version of the Platform, Flare may implement technologies intended to reduce unauthorised copying of protected content.
Depending on the feature being used, these measures may include:
Availability varies between operating systems and devices.
Flare cannot guarantee that screenshot protection will function in every circumstance.
Where supported, Flare may notify the owner of protected content if another user captures a screenshot or attempts to capture protected media.
Notifications are intended solely to increase transparency and user awareness.
Because this functionality depends on operating system capabilities, notifications may not always be available or reliable.
Flare may apply digital watermarking technologies to certain content shared through the Platform.
Depending on the feature, watermarks may include:
These measures are designed to discourage unauthorised redistribution and help identify the source of leaked content where technically possible.
Where supported, protected media may contain information capable of identifying the account through which the content was viewed.
This may include:
These identifiers are used solely for:
They are not intended to monitor ordinary viewing behaviour.
If Flare receives a report that protected media has been shared without permission, we may investigate the incident.
Where reasonably necessary, investigations may include reviewing:
Investigations are carried out in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
You must not attempt to:
Such conduct may result in immediate enforcement action.
Users must not distribute another person’s protected content without permission.
This includes:
Consent to view protected content does not constitute permission to redistribute it.
Where Flare reasonably believes protected content has been redistributed without permission, we may take one or more enforcement actions, including:
Enforcement decisions are made in accordance with these Terms and the Community Guidelines.
Although Flare invests in technologies designed to discourage unauthorised copying, no technical solution can completely prevent someone from reproducing content.
Users should carefully consider the content they choose to share and the individuals with whom they share it.
Flare cannot guarantee that protected media will never be copied or redistributed.
Users remain responsible for respecting the privacy of others.
You agree not to:
Users are expected to respect consent both when content is shared and after access has been granted.
Flare continuously develops new methods to improve user safety.
Future technologies may include:
Unless otherwise stated, these Terms apply to future content protection technologies introduced by Flare.

The renewal price will generally be the price displayed by the payment platform at the time of renewal unless promotional pricing or applicable law provides otherwise.
You remain responsible for managing your subscription through the relevant payment platform.
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not normally end your current subscription immediately.
Unless otherwise required by law, subscription benefits continue until the end of the current paid billing period.

Flare may occasionally offer free trials.
Unless cancelled before the trial period ends, the trial may automatically convert into a paid subscription.

Price changes will not normally affect an active subscription until its next renewal, unless otherwise permitted by applicable law or agreed through the relevant payment platform.
Any applicable price changes will be communicated in accordance with the rules of the payment provider and applicable law.

Unused Boosts may expire where stated at the time they are awarded.
A Boost increases the opportunity for eligible users to discover your profile or other eligible content.
The exact operation of Boosts is determined by Flare’s recommendation systems.
To maintain fairness and protect Platform integrity, Flare does not disclose the technical operation of its recommendation algorithms.
Boost performance depends on many factors beyond Flare’s control, including:
Because of these factors, results will vary between users.
Users must not attempt to manipulate Boosts.
Examples include:
Misuse may result in:
Unless required by applicable law or the policies of the relevant payment provider:
Refund rights remain subject to mandatory consumer protection laws.

Current information is always displayed before purchase or activation.
To help support the operation and continued development of the Platform, Flare may display advertising and sponsored content.
Advertising helps us offer a free version of Flare while continuing to invest in new features, security improvements and community safety.
